1.3 Purpose of Processing

- To execute and manage our contractual obligations

1.4 Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on: (a) performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), (b) your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), (c) legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and (d) legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
1.5 Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Project-related data is retained for up to 24 months after the last project activity. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.
1.6 Your Rights

1.7 Data Security

Terms of Service

2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by CodePixelton (registered at 800030, Str. Maramureș nr. 7, Galați, Jud. Galați, Romania), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2.2 Service Scope
CodePixelton provides web development, design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work agreed upon by both parties.
2.3 Payment Terms
Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the project proposal. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
2.4 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work are transferred to the client. CodePixelton retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.5 Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by the client (late feedback, content delays, scope changes) may extend the timeline proportionally. CodePixelton will communicate any delays promptly.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
CodePixelton's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2.7 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
2.8 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Galați, Romania, unless both parties agree to an alternative resolution method.
Refund Policy

4.1 General Policy
CodePixelton offers refunds on a case-by-case basis, evaluated according to project milestones completed and work delivered. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues before processing a refund.
4.2 Pre-Project Deposits
The initial 50% deposit is refundable only if work has not yet commenced. Once development or design work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable as it covers project setup, planning, and resource allocation.
4.3 Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled mid-way, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. The assessment will consider: milestones achieved, hours invested, third-party costs incurred, and deliverables produced.
4.4 Full Refund Conditions
A full refund (including deposit) may be issued if: (a) CodePixelton fails to deliver the agreed scope due to internal reasons, (b) the project is cancelled before any work begins, or (c) significant quality issues are identified and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
4.5 Refund Process
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project details and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval to the original payment method.
4.6 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: completed and delivered work that meets the agreed specifications, third-party licenses or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client, and administrative or setup fees.
